Tirano, pasta and back to Chur

The weather is getting better and it's almost 30 degrees in Tirano. We take a walk through the town, to the cathedral and through the old town, before settling down for some delicious pasta and tiramisu.

In Tirano, the train runs along houses and through the town, you can reach the walls of the houses out of the window. This is also an adventurous sight from outside the train.

After about two hours, we take a regular train back towards Chur and change trains twice very easily, because here the connections simply work everywhere and always.

The train conductor raises the blind in his driver's cab and we can always look forward over his shoulder during the journey. A real experience.

And to our great delight, there is also service on this regular train of the Rhaetian Railway. A bottle of Heidi Wine impresses us as much as a chat with the conductors. We are already addicted to Switzerland ;-).

Almost twelve hours after we set off, we arrive in Chur. We have another beer before we go back to the hotel, pack up and fall into bed.
