Relaxing in the south of Thailand

From Krabi, I took a minibus directly to Ao Nang by the sea. The bus was packed with people and their luggage. It's always amazing to see how much Asians can fit into a ride!

Ao Nang is full of tourists and not really worth a trip. The surrounding landscape, on the other hand, is. Large limestone cliffs rise from the ground everywhere, and the beaches are a dream! Just like my hostel! :-)

One day, I took a trip to Hong Island. We were in a beautiful lagoon here and had time to swim and snorkel at several beaches.

In Ao Nang, I also met Yvonne again, whom I used to live together with in Nyah. It was nice to see a familiar face!

Other than swimming and eating, I didn't do much in Ao Nang. Since it was too touristy for me there, I left after three nights and made my way to Koh Lanta.
