🇬🇧 English version below
Tour data: distance 79.8 kilometers including 5 kilometers ferry, Ø 19.3 km/h, Duration 3:52 hours
Weather: cool and windy, mostly crosswinds
I rarely get as much air delivered as today. And on top of that, healthy sea air. Others pay a lot of money for a spa stay on the Baltic Sea. 🤣
Right from the beginning, my tour followed two construction sites. That was a big advantage, as I had 2 roads to myself again. In addition, my bike tour mostly led on cycle paths or again through nature reserves. In any case, often far away from any traffic.
Later on, my route followed very close to the Baltic Sea. Another wish for this trip was fulfilled. But I'm sure I'll still be able to ride on or behind sand dunes often, especially in the Netherlands, my next intended destination.
I've been to Kiel several times, good friends of ours live here. It's clear that I'll visit them on the way through. To do this, I have to cross the Kiel Fjord. The easiest way to do this is again by ferry.
For more impressions, take a look at the photos. I have to get changed for dinner now, which I'm really looking forward to. 😊
