First journey home

The vacation is coming to an end and we are starting our journey home. From Satu Mare, we drive to the border with Hungary, as expected, there is traffic and we spend a good hour in a traffic jam in wonderful weather.

In the border area of Hungary, there is hardly any difference compared to Romania, people here are also poor, the houses are in a bad state, and time seems to stand still.

Soon, we switch to the slow motorway towards Budapest, apparently our bodies have gotten used to the vibrations of the 2-cylinder engine and we cover kilometers after kilometers.

The weather this time is very mixed, everything from 30 degrees and rain showers at the border to the Czech Republic, but it doesn't matter, we are well-equipped.
