Lake Garda

Just as we safely came down the vineyards from the parking space this morning, we're already stuck in traffic again until Merano. But we have everything we need ;-) so what can a morning traffic jam do to us...

We don't want to spend the whole day in the car today and we decide to head for the southern tip of Lake Garda.

Britta 'gets to' choose the campsite for tonight and finds one that is surprisingly cheap for Lake Garda in Lazise!

A brief pause in the rain and we fire up the grill.

Writing today is impossible. The internet reception is terrible and the WLAN password, which you could get at the pool bar, is not available there because no one is at the pool bar all evening...

There won't be anything to read tomorrow either, because we're taking a day off from driving and want to stay here at the campsite.

Maybe rent a boat and later launch the SUPs into the water, because who can say they've 'SUPed' on Lake Garda ;-)
