During a city tour you cannot miss the large square 'Djema el Fna'. The acrobats, musicians and fortune tellers fascinate, but the half-dead cobras, the monkeys dressed in diapers and jackets, and the thirsty birds of prey give you a slightly strange feeling in your stomach.

For the first visit of the city, we booked an official city guide, hoping to see some different aspects than with a man. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a rather expensive disappointment, as we only saw tourist spots and shops.

Exploring the city on our own was more interesting, and we found alleys that were almost empty or had special encounters, like the one with the 4 boys. One of them owned a small funky fashion store with lots of second-hand clothes. They were all coolly dressed and asked me to take a few photos of them with their mobile phones, in return they posed for me so that I could take a picture of them with my mobile phone. This made the own sightseeing tour a great conclusion.
