Ayutthaya day 6-7

ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ: 02.04.2019

After wonderful days in Kanchanaburi, I continued by bus to Suphanburi and from there directly by minivan to Ayutthaya :)

And off we go from Kanchanaburi to Ayutthaya 😁

Upon arrival at the hostel, it was time to relax. 😌

After about an hour, I already had a new roommate with whom I immediately started a conversation and that was the end of reading and listening to music... instead, we went for dinner together 😁
We read about dinner cruising and wanted to take a closer look at it...
Dinner on the boat... 😍

... however, we both thought that it was an event for several people, but we were completely wrong... instead, we had a dinner for two on the ship for less than 30 euros per person 😂

When the captain asked us how long we had been together, we could only answer: for an hour and the poor guy was totally confused 😂😂
... with Jonathan 😁
Let me introduce: My friend Jonathan (the relationship ended the next day because I continued to the north and his future was in the south... 🤷♀️😂😂)

But joking aside, this boat tour was simply amazing. While the restaurants on the lakeside were almost bursting at the seams, we sailed past the most beautiful sights of Ayutthaya to great music...

After dinner, we went for a Chang Beer and then straight to bed 😴

The next day was still for sightseeing.
Ayutthaya is mainly known for its temples, but I had seen enough of them, so I decided to visit only 3:

Absolute favorite picture... ❤ also in Wat Mahathat

and the Wat Phra Ram... which was simply on the way 😅✌

Here it was also possible to ride elephants, but when I saw the metal hooks with which the riders beat the poor animals, I lost interest...
On the way back, I saw this picture... It was possible to ride elephants, but when I saw the metal hooks with which the riders beat the poor animals, I lost interest... yup... there are no only beautiful sides anywhere...

But all in all, a great day 😁✌

And still on the same day, I made my way to Lopburi, which is known as the 'Monkey Town' 🐵🐒😏....
