This morning we can't leave early enough. Apart from the fact that we have a lot to do, we don't feel very comfortable at our sleeping place.
The camper needs to be washed and backpacks need to be packed. And we also want to see a little something.
We drive to Hyams Beach in Jervis Bay. It is said to have the whitest sand in the world! And indeed, the sand is extremely bright and very fine. It almost feels like walking through flour or powdered milk.
The water is clear and turquoise-blue. A great beach, but unfortunately extremely touristy.
After a refreshing swim in the ocean, we continue to Kiama. There are water spouting rocks there. It's very nice to watch at the Little Blowhole!
A little further is the Kiama Rock Pool. Again, a swimming pool in the middle of the ocean. This time we don't miss out on the cooling freshness. Right next to the pool is Blowhole Point. The water fountains are supposed to be bigger here. Unfortunately, we are out of luck because the waves don't seem to be strong enough on this day.
We also find a BBQ at this great spot in Kiama and put on 2 steaks. After that, we continue to a rest area where we spend the last night in our mobile home.
