Day 5 | 15.10.2016 Auckland

បោះពុម្ពផ្សាយ: 19.10.2016

After a good night's sleep, we decided to have a relaxed day. Breakfast, laundry, and then we made an appointment with the recommended car dealer. But in the afternoon, we ended up on the streets again and by chance discovered an Indian festival in the middle of Auckland. At the 'Diwali' festival, current songs were played in an Indian remix and 'Lean On' sounded pretty good with oriental sounds. People were walking around with drums or beautiful, magnificent Indian dresses, and a belly dance show rounded it all off.

In the park next door, we enjoyed some live music and then went back to the hostel to sit together with our colleagues. After a few bottles of wine and various drinking games, it was clear that the night was still young, so we all went to a club at the harbor. $16 for the cheapest cocktail and $19 for 2 shots is quite expensive, but the music was awesome. Before going home, John and I took a little tour of the harbor. It's even more beautiful at night than during the day, simply an incredible backdrop!
