Day 9 - September 12, 2023 Göreme and drive to Nemrut Dagi

We are woken up very early by the sounds of the ballocrews. Then we can admire the spectacle of the balloon rides. Countless balloons rise into the sky. With the rising sun the spectacle looks even more bizarre. We meet Swiss people who are also standing on the cliffs. After breakfast we go to the town of Göreme. Here we admire the many tuff cones. There are apartments in these. During a tour we can get to know the feeling of a cave dwelling. It wasn't a bad impression we got. Now we were back on the road. Finally we want to go to Ararat. 500 km lie ahead of us to the Nemrut Dagi mountain of the gods. The last 80 km go up the mountain in endless serpentines.
