A beautiful day in the picturesque Swiss mountain landscape

People, highly recommended! Top tips from me today. Simply unlock Vakantio Premium for that and support biting dogs in Taiwan so they can bark again. Or transfer 499€ to my account in Liechtenstein.

Alright, let's get down to business! The day started off relaxed as Google Maps surprisingly led me offline to the destination. I'm proud!

After I was able to buy 100 g of flour and 5 g of yeast for my remaining 7 francs, I simply baked my bread meal on the luggage rack. It took me 6:30 hours and I had 6:20 minutes of sunshine.

Alright, then I cycled straight ahead along the main road for 30 km along Lake Zurich. As beautiful as the lake is, it's not very cyclist-friendly, but that's alright. I treated myself to my highlights in Erlenbach with the "death mountain of the year" to visit the Tobel. That way, I could already test my legs for today. It will be difficult, but I'll manage. More on that later with Vakantio Premium.

After cursing the flatness of Switzerland, except for the 150 altitude meters, I suddenly encountered the first official altitude meters. 2000 altitude meters within 50 km. That's what the Swiss mountain landscape looked like.

But before I reached my dream destination, I had to share the only road there with trucks. When you look 50 meters down besides you, you briefly consider whether your life has been going well so far.
But finally, a simple right turn and I drove straight into the Swiss miniature land from Hamburg in real life.

TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES! It's really worth it, only the children feel sorry for having to gather altitude meters all the time.

After the break and the first mountain with a continuous 8 km and 400 altitude meters, I started the second section. Since I knew in advance that it would go up 1000 m and down 1000 m, I added 1 + 1 and knew that the remaining 800 would come down at some point. So I kept on riding and riding and besides a small mini descent, there wasn't much yet. It went up and down and just before the end, there were still 300 meters up and 500 meters down missing. After 80 km on my legs, I had to go up again, all at once. 250 meters of altitude in 2 km, that's an average slope of just under 12% +. Let's just say, near-death experience describes it best. I stayed alive thanks to 8 small waffles, 2 bars, 2 chocolate rolls, and a fruit snack.

Once that was done, a little later, one of the best descents came, at least top 3. 500 pure altitude meters in 5 kilometers. That's an average descent of about 10-12%. Awesome! I actually wasn't overtaken, only a Mettmann car slowed me down, maybe they were just scared of me. Well, it was magnificent.

Then through Liechtenstein again, at least I think so. Aldi Talk definitely didn't get it, Austria came after Switzerland. So Liechtenstein is the Bielefeld of countries.

The hotel is great and the food too. Highly recommended!

See you tomorrow at the next 🗻                                                      There will be even more altitude meters again, I think I can manage it with my remaining 20 bars! According to the first estimate, it will first go up 1500 and then down 1000. If that's the case, I will probably be at the top at 5 pm, in case someone wants to cheer me on :D                                                                                                                  See you tomorrow, your Floride
