Today we got the chance to enjoy our second day at Gorah elephant camp, starting off with some beautiful game encounter even before the early game drive heading at 6.30am! Had a big buffalo in the garden and zebras at our waterhole! This morning, unfortunately no lion yet but lots of zebras, kudu and elephants, just beautiful 🀩

In the morning drive, we encountered as many as:

Booted eagle

Vervet monkey

Cape long claw, orange chest

Black wing kite

Yellow Mongoose

Wattled starling

Afternoon

Crowned lapwing aka bummerbird

Carpenter bee 🐝 (log and egg laying explanation)

Pearl breasted swallow

Helmeted gynnifoil

Black rhino 🦏

African Buffalo πŸƒΒ

The weather changed and we even had rain in the afternoon drive. So Kevin, our ranger here, took good care of us with cozy hot water bottles and some capes to protect from the rain, so awesome πŸ˜ŽπŸ€—
