I feel like home ❤️⚜️

So...

Today morning, there was another decision on the agenda that was relatively difficult for me.

I have spent enough time in New Plymouth and have seen everything I wanted to see.

Accordingly, a change of city was on the agenda.

The cities of Tauranga and Ohakune were buzzing in my head.

I already knew Tauranga / Mount Manganui from my road trip with Dominik, and I was also here with Jessyca and Carmen and I was simply thrilled with the beach, the great location, and Mount Manganui.

In Ohakune, I could have taken a job at a motel.

Making decisions is not easy for me, and after thinking for a long time, I decided to switch from the west coast to the east coast and drive back to Tauranga.

Despite already making a decision, I thought long in Hamilton whether I should rather go to Ohakune.

Nevertheless, I got on my bus to Tauranga and decided to go to the beach again.

I have to be honest that I'm a bit regretful about the job because I was really looking forward to it, but it was definitely a good decision to go to Tauranga.

By now, I am in the suburb of Mount Manganui near Tauranga and I am in a hostel again. I felt comfortable from the first few seconds, met nice people right away, went shopping, and in the evening there was a sausage party with live music in the hostel.

Among other things, I also met someone from Singapore who gave me some tips for my visit to Singapore and I'm really looking forward to visiting this country.

I'm attaching some pictures of the roundabout around Mount Manganui and the walk on the beach we did today.

By the way, it's really nice to be back on the North Island. I miss the beautiful South Island where I had a great time, but I still enjoy the warmer weather on the North Island.

Today was a real "summer day," despite autumn, and I enjoyed an ice cream after a long time.

Anyway, I'll probably stay here for a while and see what the time brings.
