Cambodia

Another two weeks have passed! Two weeks in Cambodia, including 9 days on the island. So, actually, I only got a brief glimpse of the neighboring country of Vietnam. But I had plenty of time to read and learn about the tragic history of this country. You can see that the country is lagging behind in terms of development and there are many construction sites. Otherwise, it is very similar to Vietnam.

The biggest construction site, the largest employer, and the largest sanctuary is of course Angkor with its many ancient temples. It's really worth a visit and not as crowded as before Corona. If you're thinking of going there, it's best not to hesitate for too long! 😉 I will definitely come back and spend a little more time here. There is still much to discover.

There's not much else to tell, as I really had a break from traveling. It was also nice to take a break and let many impressions from before 'sink in'.

Now I'm looking forward to Vietnam again, where my internship starts next week.
