Dear readers,
I would like to show you and tell you the breathtaking photos and stories I experienced in Sierra Espuna National Park, but unfortunately the weather put a damper on my plans. It has been raining since I arrived at the campsite and the weather conditions were very changeable, but there were always patches of rain.
Since I don't venture into mountains if the weather isn't right or go into a foreign hiking area if it rains and is regularly so windy and foggy that the chance of getting lost is only slightly higher, I decided to do so canceling all of my planned hikes (literally) and hunkering down in my car with my phone and a new series.
I only left the car twice that day - to shower and to pee. I also lived that day very much and internally wished I had my Playstation in the car.
These days are also part of such a journey - the days when it rains and when you can't see any light on the horizon. Luckily, I have my life in my own hands and can simply turn on a lamp. ;)
With this in mind, celebrate the dark and rainy days and enjoy the peace and quiet.
Greetings from the car,
Your Britta
