A day to quit.

Man, slept so badly. Next to my room was the kitchen's exhaust fan. The cook apparently forgot to turn it off yesterday. It was turned off this morning. Too late 😖

Slept poorly, had bad dreams, thought a lot, so my mood was accordingly. 

Then there was the detestable M2, a terrible road paired with Macedonian and Kosovar drivers (they just can't do it) and heat. That was it for today. 

There were a few short scenic highlights. The border crossings were also very friendly, all border guards were very interested. 

Macedonia, at least the northwest, is very polluted. Wild garbage dumps every few kilometers on the side of the road, and poor people searching for something to recycle on them. Terrible. 

Once I arrived at the hotel, I took a shower. It was a very dusty day today. Now I'm sitting in a street cafe, drinking my beer and eating fries. 

Tomorrow it's supposed to be better 👍
