Of course, we went to MONA (Museum of Old and New Art) in Hobart yesterday!

After being picked up by our hostess at the airport last night and spending the night at her fabulous B&B (Epsom on Swan) in Perth, we picked up our 4WD camper today. The briefing was very friendly, detailed, and patient. The vehicle is still very young and makes a very good and well thought-out impression. The Red Sands, that's what the vehicle is called, is in a completely different league than the vehicles we've had so far. I'm curious to see how it performs in practice. We are spending our first night with it completely alone and peaceful at a rest area in the eucalyptus forest near Jelcobine, about 90 minutes east of Perth. There are only parking spaces and nature, nothing else. The place is quite big, but we are completely alone there. The adventure has begun.
