Das Beste zum Schluss

After the fabulous couscous meal, I took the bus to Essaouira.

Essaouira is THE hotspot for wind and kite surfing and it's very windy while I'm there. It's a cozy, beautiful city with a small medina. And nice people and much more relaxed than Marrakesh. Perfect as a conclusion. During the day, music groups play everywhere in the city, which continue in the cafes and restaurants in the evening.

Saturday morning, I explored the medina alone and in the afternoon, I went to the beach with Simo, where I stayed overnight. He showed me a few viewpoints in the city and in the evening, I went to a restaurant with really good live music.

I would need a little more time for Essaouira. But on Sunday afternoon, I made my way back to Casablanca and this morning I landed back in cold Germany.

Morocco was beautiful and definitely worth the trip!
