Day 21 - Off Home

So, driving from Svendborg home on Saturday through Denmark involved some traffic.

Now we are safely back home after about 4 hours of driving. We are especially grateful to Svenja for the lovely flower service and to Marita for the warm welcome at our door.

The cool thing is that the mole only destroyed half as much as feared, and the lawnmower held up well. We have a wonderful home and lovely people around us.

First, answers to our previously asked questions:

How is it with the mosquitoes? Honestly, not a problem at all; we really had no issues, just each got one mosquito bite... so nothing to mention. We didn't even need to spray ourselves.

How is it with the dog? That was quite simple with the registered deworming. However, there is a leash requirement everywhere, and while hiking, you have to pass a lot of fields with sheep and cows. Both the animals themselves and their droppings fascinated Tao... overall, not the coolest vacation for the dog.
