26.07.2020 - Kronberg and Three Ponds

Today we continued our journey to Appenzell. The weather wasn't so nice in the morning, so we decided to go to the toboggan run at Kronberg. We indulged in two rounds of sledding and then had a Panache. They are also building or renovating a climbing park at Kronberg. We weren't quite sure.

Then suddenly the weather became better and we looked around to see what there is for swimming. Quite difficult in the Appenzell area😊 In St. Gallen, we came across the 'three ponds'. As the name suggests, three ponds where you can swim. Completely natural.

Then we continued to Appenzell to our hotel. We are staying at Hotel Löwen. Highly recommended. In the evening, we had traditional 'Käshörnli'.
