Plenty of mountains and mist: after more than a week in the cold and humid north of Costa Rica, we headed to the Pacific coast. First stop Santa Teresa at the southern tip of the Nicoya Peninsula.
A small town along the coast where there's not much going on besides surfing and relaxing. That's enough, and that's how our days here looked. :-)
After breakfast, we went to the beach. Either for a hike along the endless dream beaches or we rented surfboards and went out on the water.
In the evenings, we cooked together with the other people at the hostel and admired the breathtaking sunsets from the beach.
