A few days ago we met some motorcyclists from Germany - after we told them how long we've been on the road, one of them approached us and put his nose to our T-shirt.... Comment: 'it's still okay' how do you manage with so few clothes for so long?
Now it's been 57 !! days on the road. Hand washing is required... I had white T-shirts at the beginning, but somehow the colors mix, white is nothing to us anymore.
Then we finally got an apartment with a WASHING MACHINE, only the third time on the tour. So I ask that all the dirty laundry be piled up. It doesn't fit in one wash, so I sort roughly and start the machine. A mix of washing and drying. The thing runs for a long time... but with success, slightly damp laundry... just needs to dry a little more.
The second wash... here only washing, they want to hang up the clothes to dry later. The second wash is done at midnight, I hang up the laundry to dry and go to sleep. The next morning, it's almost 10 o'clock when I wake up...
Two men sit in front of the machine and read the English instructions, the clothes from the second wash are not completely dry yet, the two of them want to use the integrated dryer... I let them do it and go shower.
The two of them have succeeded, the clothes are completely wet again....
