Roadtrip 2 - Beach vacation at Boomerang Beach

As we were so fascinated by Boomerang Beach, located on Tourist Drive 6, we decided to go back. Due to the summer holidays, the camping sites around were fully booked. Luckily, we found a spot 20 km away. This spot was quite special, as it is right next to a natural church. We even saw a wedding taking place. In the middle of the rainforest, there are wooden benches overlooking a lake, a wonderful place for a wedding.

We enjoyed two amazing days at Boomerang Beach. Thankfully, we had bought UV protection shirts, so we were spared from sunburn. Now, the vacation feeling really set in. There were always some people with us on the beach, but never too crowded. The waves would have been perfect for surfing, unfortunately we didn't have surfboards with us. The little children aged 4 and above were particularly cute, as some of them could already surf quite well.
