Oscar z'Bsuech hauv Jyväskylä

For the next few days, Oscar is with me in Jyväskylä. First, we went to the new sauna, Satama Viilu, in the morning. It is a beautiful and modern sauna with a lake pool and Jacuzzi. After sauna, we were very hungry and went to an all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant. Oscar had 7 plates and ended up in a food coma. Then we went to the library to sit and rest for a while, but soon Julie messaged me and we went together to a tattoo shop to make an appointment. After that, the three of us went to Taivola Old Churchyard (one of my favorite places) to eat carrot cake. On Wednesday, we went to the cafeteria for a cheap lunch and then to Harju (the observation tower) and also made a short visit to the museum. Then I showed Oscar the university and we went to the nearby beach to go kayaking. It was very windy and we underestimated it. Oscar ended up in the water with his clothes, phone, and passport in the first few minutes, haha. But he thought it was cool. It was quite challenging with the wind, so I stayed close to the pier. Then we went back to the apartment. After a small dinner, we went out in the evening with Julie, Shelby, and Bogi to Hemingway's for a glass of wine. Oscar really wanted to experience the midnight sun, so we ran up the hill to watch the sunset and quickly went back home before sunrise (it sounds more intense than it actually is, as it is only about 3 to 4 hours of darkness). Unfortunately, it rained on Thursday, so we slept in and stayed at home for a bit and then went to Tea House in the afternoon. In the evening, Maria made tacos and the three of us had dinner together. On Friday morning, I took Oscar to the bus station.
