GREECE Ioannina - Patras

In early April, we set off on our first off-road tour together. 

Our journey took us from Ioannina through the southern Pindos Mountains to Patras. 

For me, it was my first trip to Greece and the country with its impressive landscapes captivated me from the first minute. Besides the changing landscapes from high mountains to the Gulf of Corinth, we experienced wild, untouched rivers and incredible views. 

We had a great time on the off-road tours. Crossing rivers, climbing passes, along steep cliffs over smaller and larger rocks that had to be moved aside to make it possible to pass. Passages in the forest with lots of mud, deep washouts ... one of the stages ended in snow, making it impossible to cross the ridge - we were forced to turn around ... the slightly longer, but no less spectacular path showed us the full beauty of the mountains.
