Yesterday there was a lot going on in the Schlüterhütte. Florian walked with his girlfriend from Munich to Schlüterhütte and arrived together with us yesterday. He actually lives in St. Magdalena. You have to walk about 1:30 to get to the hut. It's basically Florian's regular pub and he was received with great fanfare. From a distance, you could see the bedsheet fluttering to welcome him. On the way, he raved about the excellent Enzian schnapps at the Schlüterhütte. At some point, he picked up the accordion and started playing and singing traditional songs. It was nice to feel how connected he is to his homeland. Fortunately, I skipped the Enzian. I know how I react to liquor. The two young guys sat at the table with the locals until 12:00. When I went to bed, two people were dancing in the lower entrance area. How lovely. The next morning at 7:00, two people were already sitting at the table for an early drink. The clock seems to be ticking a bit differently here 😅
