Goodbye France

So dear ones,

Teewurst and I have safely arrived back home by now.

The journey back was relaxed for the most part. Teewurst was only allowed one bathroom break (my owner wanted to go home), but he survived. (No need to inform animal protection)

Maps seemed to guide us to every toll station that we could pass (do they actually get commissions???) but this time we didn't cause any traffic jams. We even got offered a drink by people waiting in line next to us. (But I wasn't sure if it was alcohol-free so I politely declined...)

After 10 hours of driving, we finally arrived in Jülich. I took the opportunity from Aachen to press the gas pedal again. Unfortunately, in France & Belgium, everywhere is crawling speed. By the way, this time Belgium consisted not only of lanterns but also construction sites....30 km at 70 km/h! (Wow - that was exciting...)

Other than that, we are settling back into the madness here...

At this point, a big thank you to everyone who accompanied us on our vacation through the blog. We were very happy about every reader and every comment, and in the next vacation, we will start a new blog. :)
