Last night I was freezing because 3 girls wanted to sleep with us. Since they didn't have sleeping mats, I borrowed my mat and rain tarp. There were no trees for the hammock either. I couldn't sleep all night because it was very cold. All my stuff was wet from the night. That's why I decided to leave the group today and go alone. I spent most of the day with Irina (CZ) and Rendy (Pastor from NY). The 3 girls arrived 4 hours later than us. Today we cook together in the refuge and eat together. After that, I will go back to the river and sleep in the best and coolest place that exists here. Tomorrow it's only 16km to Pamplona. Maybe I'll have a look there, but I'll keep going. My Fiona was already very tired yesterday and is even more so today. We had a very rocky path at times. But she's great, walking ahead and encouraging me, and she's happy. Just very, very tired from the pilgrimage. Unfortunately, there are hardly any shopping facilities here except for expensive small shops. There's no dog food either. Maybe I'll find something in Pamplona tomorrow.
