Infos about Delhi

No one should stay in Delhi for more than 1 or 2 days!! Do not let anyone approach you. If you need train tickets to Agra or Jaipur - etc. - book through 12goAsia or go directly to the Railway Station - Do not let anyone approach you!! There is a Tourist Office on the 1st floor. Anyone who approaches you in English is a cheater and wants to send you somewhere.

You can eat everything on the street, it's all delicious and clean. It's also safe, I walked around alone day and night. You will be begged, but nothing else.

Indians like to provide information if you approach them in English, but not everything they say is true. :)

I didn't find the heat outside so bad. What's worse is that Indians sleep with air conditioning at 16 degrees and colder and additionally with 4 fans. You feel like you're sleeping under a landing helicopter and it's so cold and windy :))

Hostels-Amigos or Joe's Hostel should be good - mine - Zostel Hostel - was just in the dirtiest part of Delhi and not recommended.
