Yesterday we were reprimanded multiple times by the camping site operator because of Felix. Apparently, friendly fellow campers had complained about dog poop. However, swans were probably responsible for the contamination. In any case, the way they treated us made us decide to leave today. We are now at a camping site in Rome, not far from where the Tiber River flows into the sea.
The place is huge, probably over 700 pitches and additional accommodation options.
Out of the 700 pitches, maybe 50 are occupied. It is the biggest camping site we have ever visited, and it is almost empty. Nevertheless, there is a pool, restaurant, mini-shop, etc.
P. S. We are slowly getting tanned.
