Yesterday, I did the Trolltunga hike. Early in the morning at 6:00, the bus stopped in front of my hostel, Trolltunga Studios in Odda. After a 30-minute drive, we arrived at the beginning of the hike. You can still take a bus for the first 3.5 km. Of course, I didn't do that. After that, the path is very natural, which also means there is no shelter, no dry seating, and no toilets along the way. The path is rocky and steep. After a 14 km hike, you reach Trolltunga. So many tourists want to take a picture alone on the rock that you have to wait for about half an hour. Then you go back the same way. Sometimes you see a few tents on the path. Luckily, there is a small café at the end of the hike where you can warm up. I took the bus back to Odda around 17:30.
