Tayrona National Park

Hoʻopuka ʻia: 21.01.2018

Every coastal Colombian raves about Tayrona National Park, so we embarked on a 6-hour hike to Colombia's most beautiful beaches. The challenging path from Calabazo was exhausting but very beautiful. Stunning views and interesting rock formations fascinated us. Arriving at Cabo San Juan beach, we already noticed the hustle and bustle on the huge camping ground. It was paradise, but also incredibly crowded, as it was peak vacation season... So we moved on to the next beach, hoping for less hustle and bustle, and lo and behold, there was much less going on at La Piscina beach, so we relaxed and splashed around there before taking some time to relax. Before we knew it, it was time to leave and we joined the line for the return journey.
