Since the Margaret River area has a lot of different farms, which also offer free tastings, we gave some of them a visit.
Chocolate was the first one. Fell in love with the white chocolate.. yum!
Asked the employees if it’s possible to see the cacao plants. Unfortunately they don’t have it there :/
Since I’m still not into wine I took the job as the driver that day. The other guys enjoyed a sip of different wines. Nice atmosphere though :)
Also stopped at a cheese/yogurt store.
Went to the beach near to our campsite for some beach time afterwards.
This day was really hot considering the current circumstances. Usually it’s between 20-25C. But today it was somewhat around 35C ... which kind of slowed us down.
Also the flies and mozzies were more active and aggressive than the other days. Can’t wait to be in Queensland 🤣
This this evening they had a movie night at the campsite. They had a big screen set up at the center of the site. You can sit on the campfire, enjoy your meal and watch the movie. Like what in life can you ask for more? Imagine sharing this with someone special..
Another highlight were the two Opossums we’ve spotted this evening. Once in the kitchen, later in the trees.
Oh and we found a few more redback spiders under our car :/ better watch out ... but as always - no worries!
Tomorrow is moving day
Cheers
