Brest - the dreary Atlantic city

What can I tell about Brest? The Atlantic city, which was almost completely destroyed during bombing attacks in World War II, does not really shine with its dreary concrete blocks or with sights. For these reasons, we spent our time on the neighboring Crozon Peninsula and let off steam there.
Culinarily, lobster was still on my bucket list, and there is a renowned lobster restaurant in the harbor of Brest. Unfortunately, it was fully booked at that time, so we couldn't tick off an item from my bucket list on that day.
So we made our way towards Crozon in the following days and spent our time there. In Brittany, it is omnipresent that the weather is very changeable and one cannot rely on the weather reports. Actually, we wanted to go swimming in the Atlantic, but due to the rainy weather, it was not possible. Well, we thought, then we will explore the part of the island on foot.
After our stay on the coast, we made our way back towards the interior of the country, specifically to Rennes.
But on the way there, we made a little detour to the famous small town of Rochefort-en-Terre.
