Yoga, Massage, More

Oñemoherakuãva: 15.01.2024

Yesterday we had the first Indian Vega Thali in a local restaurant. When we arrived there was a power outage and so our meal initially took place by candlelight, but rather in a chaotic - typically Indian - atmosphere with a lot of hustle and bustle of people :) How much I missed the food! I feel like I need 5 tissues because my nose is running so badly because of the spiciness, but it's worth it for the taste explosion in my mouth.

January 13, 2024 - around midday in the Beach Office with sea views

Today I had my first yoga class :) Vinyasa Yoga with Samita at Drishti, the yoga school right next to my beach hut. It was quite challenging, but I liked her clear style of teaching and the mix of challenging asanas and relaxing poses. New inspiration for my yoga lessons too. I would like to dedicate this trip to India to yoga more than the last. Soak up everything you can. In order to then pass on the new findings to my students in Germany .

I'm looking forward to my massage from Ranjeet later, even though I suspect it will be painful. But his treatment was able to solve a number of physical and emotional blockages last time, so I would like to plan as many sessions with him as possible this time too.

What else will the day bring? I'm fully committed to it.

In any case, it feels so nice to be able to have completely new experiences in a familiar place. So I learn every time anew that time is always a snapshot and it's about approaching life openly and curiously.

So, now I'm going to slowly walk to Palolem Beach so that I can get to the massage in time. Later I would like to rent a bike again so that I can be a little more mobile. :)
