The day started for me with two lectures:

"Consorting With the Conquistador" dealt with native women who helped the conquerors while they carried out massacres against their people.

At "Cabo San Lucas" I learned a lot about our next destination and now I know what to look for.

For the evening I had reserved a place at the specialty restaurant "Chops Grille" and enjoyed tuna tartare, a steak with truffled fries and an apple pie. In preparation for this enjoyment, I had almost completely skipped lunch.

I ended the evening with the “Marquee” concert by our ship’s own singers and the associated orchestra. I was particularly happy about excerpts from the musical “Phantom of the Opera”.
