Akaroa for relaxation

The journey from Dunedin to Akaroa took a good 5 and a half hours. I had a short stop at the Moeraki Boulders, which are considered a wonder of the world. The round stones look a bit lost on this beach.

Akaroa is located right by the sea and is a very pretty little town. You can book a lot of things here, such as kayaking, boat cruises, etc.

I was only there for one night and wanted to rest a bit. After a short walk along the seafront promenade, I had some Thai food.
