Adelaide

Next destination after almost three weeks 'in the countryside' for a change was a big city again: Adelaide.

Here we visited the city on a comprehensive walking tour and took the tram to the coastal town of Glenelg.

In the evening, we attended a concert of a pop group that sings songs by ABBA and parodies the pop group in the well-liked Festival Center known for its great acoustics (probably better than the opera in Sydney).

As an interesting feature of Australian cities, it should be noted that there is always (in 2 out of 2 cases so far) free public transportation in the city center.
