Supplement to the previous blog entry and a short update 👌

Publié: 10.02.2020

In the evening two days ago I went very spontaneously to some Couchsurfer at Sunshine coast. There are supposedly beautiful sunrises, so I got up a little before 5 in the morning.

Stupid idea wanting to see a sunrise when it is raining heavily every day..

Kinda sad to say but the day started with a disappointment..

Later that morning I got up, Mikel, another couchsurfer, who stayed at the same place was already awake.

This is him, the crazy bastard has been traveling for ten years

Mikel turned out to be a very interesting person and we got along super well. We decided to make a waterfall tour and later then some beach time.

The first waterfall. Big and strong but kinda dirty and crowded by people.

This was number 2

We didn't plan number 2 but came across it while we drove and thought the more the merrier.

Number 3

All these falls are not crazy impressive but I also have to say that it is harder then 6 months ago to impress me by now.

And number 4

It is hard to catch rain in a picture but it did rain very heavily at that moment. There were some rocks where we could hide but the water kind of crept under it and we got wet after 20 minutes anyway. Wet as we were, we walked back to the car and decided to go straight to put CS host. We played cards, I learned a very cool new card game and I went back to Olufs.

The other day Amanda and I met to provide me with the pictures from her GoPro from when we went to Noosa Heads. I finally got em and didn't want you guys to miss out on them, so here we go!

I really liked how they turned out 😎

Me trying to pose sexy
A wave caught us here by surprise and even the camera was surprised. There is some weird ghosting effect in there
I really like GoPros...

Yeah so far so good. I'll fly on the 15th to New Zealand, on the 14th I'll be on my way back to Sydney, so I have 2 full days in Brisbane left. I'll probably do a 'real' beach day, with nothing but beach and cold drinks but that highly depends on the weather.

Peace out,

Laurin
