Since physical activity should not be neglected, I went jogging with the girls without thinking about the consequences. For the first 5 minutes, I thought I was going to die because the air was a bit thin. Then I managed to revive myself for the next 15 minutes, only to feel my body giving up in the last 5 minutes.
After an hour of rest (showering, resting, eating), I went with Mia and Saskia to the rehabilitation clinic. Forget the image you might have in mind from Germany. We were locked up in a tiny house with 10 men who spend their days and nights there. Each of them had their own story and fate to carry. They were all very nice and radiated something very special to me. And yet, I was quite sad because I knew that the therapy they receive here will not fulfill its purpose and they could be better helped elsewhere, for example with us in Germany. But the girls did their best and the men participated wonderfully!
In the afternoon, we went shopping through the city and ended the evening comfortably with wine and UNO.
Conclusion of the day: Never go jogging at an altitude of 1,550 meters again!
