Rest of the South Island

The rest of the South Island, this description is a bit understated. No inspiration to write is more accurate.

So: from Wanaka to Vox Glacier, which is not accessible (for regular folks), then Franz Joseph Glacier, the glacier tongue is closed. Next destination Hanmer Springs, swimming with dolphins in Kaikoura (at least Brigitte), then Picton to cross over to the North Island.

We are currently sitting here for 2 days due to high waves and waiting for the signal to start.

There is still plenty to see. Winery (Johanneshof), harbor tour, city and more.

We hope for the crossing tomorrow.
