Dubai Lake and Burj Khalifa

Checked into the room, showered, changed into fresh clothes - a completely new sense of life. If you think we have slept by now - you are mistaken. We relaxed by the pool for an hour and then headed to Dubai Lake. The whole area there is our favorite spot in Dubai. And finally a reunion with the Burj Khalifa, affectionately named 'Little Tower' by us. It is still the most impressive and beautiful building in Dubai for me.

Dubai Mall is still the same nightmare as I remember it. This shopping mall is definitely too big for me. But then, it finally stood before me in its full size - my 'Little Tower'.

Shortly after, the Dubai Fountains show started on Dubai Lake, of course, the largest synchronized fountains in the world and the tallest. Definitely a beautiful spectacle with the music accompaniment.

Afterwards, we took a stroll around the artificial lake. We also wanted to take a closer look at the opera house, which was still a construction site last year.

And then, back to the hotel and finally sleep.
