Elk zoo and arrival in Helsinki

On the way to Helsinki, we stopped at an elk zoo. Since we had only seen one elk so far, we wanted to see how big they really are. The zoo is really small, but you can get very close to the elk and even go inside the enclosure. The three adult elks were much bigger than the elk cow we had seen.

Afterwards, we had a great meal on site. We still had about 4 hours left until Helsinki.

Once we arrived, we visited the swimming pool. It was the worst thing we had seen so far. Too crowded and the water was not warm enough. But never mind, after so many dream baths, we were a bit spoiled.

However, our pitch was a dream. Right by the water with a park behind us. There was relatively little snow, so the dogs could really run around.

Tomorrow we will go to the city and then take a ferry to Tallinn.
