TAG 8 LA ROMANA
The port city of La Romana is located on the western coast of the Dominican Republic, which shares the second largest and most diverse island of the Greater Antilles, Hispaniola, with Haiti. With over 1,600 km of coastline and over 400 km of beautiful beaches, it is a great place for swimming. The 110 km² island of Isla Sanoa is located at the eastern end of the DomRep in a national park. Powder-white beaches and numerous palm trees - a dream come true!
Plan: 2nd attempt to finish the catamaran trip to Isla Sanoa sober!

After a short taxi ride (2 minibuses with 8 persons each), we arrived in Bayahibe and boarded the speed catamaran. The weather was perfect! First stop was the "bathtub" where we searched for and found starfish! Then we continued to the island of Sanoa with its powder-white beach and palm trees! In between, we had Vitamina (cola with rum) and went to the second beach for lunch and swimming! We returned to Bayahibe and the ship with a larger catamaran with animation, loud music, and Vitamina! At the terminal, there was a large pool overlooking the sea with a sunset... we jumped in one more time!
