Mountain view day 6 & journey home

After changeable weather and less snow, we asked at check-out if we could still use the wellness area, which was possible without any problems and without extra charge! Apart from us, 3 others had the same idea....so empty in this area!

Since the mountain dairy in Grän is closed on Wednesday afternoons, we have to make a short stop at the Weizern cheese dairy near Eisenberg!

We also made a stop in Bad Wörishofen to pick up a part for our practice and then finished the tour as we started it.....not with a new pair of sunglasses, but with a cappuccino at Kultbohne in Memmingen! We arrived home at 8pm and immediately tested the cheese from the Allgäu!

RESUME:

An absolutely recommendable hotel with very friendly staff, a fantastic sunny hillside location and good food! We rarely found such a quiet and relaxed hotel despite being fully booked - no fighting for loungers and fixed places in the restaurant! Plus, the convenient short journey of about 300 km and a great landscape, which surely also offers a lot in summer! But even now we managed to hike over 50 km, which raises the question of whether this outweighs the abundant food and good wine... ?? With a 4+1 offer (1 free night), the price-performance level is also a good fit in our opinion!
