Dubai Departure

Slept very well on the ship the first night, then we were woken up by housekeeping at 9:00 am to clean our cabin.

Since we had already been exchanging messages with other fellow travelers in a WhatsApp group before the trip, we met up with 41 people at the TUI Bar. So we already got to know some nice fellow travelers.

At 2:30 pm, I had to attend a 15-minute introduction to the Power Plate, but then I returned to the meeting.

Since my neck was stiff, I went to the sauna at 5:00 pm. They had good infusions in the sauna, but unfortunately, it didn't help.

At 7:00 pm, we had a table reservation for Hanami. We treated ourselves to the gourmet package twice. I had the Plus package with drinks. The menu was delicious again and the wines were good. The Plus package costs an extra 40 EUR, but the wines at Hanami already cost 25 EUR, so it's really worth it. What I later found out is that all drinks are free. I could have had more to drink 😊.

So we had to pay an additional 4.20 EUR for a tea for Wolfgang.

Before we went back to the cabin full and satisfied, we stopped by the theater.

Our Captain Ioannis Anastasiou (Captain AUS) and the crew introduced themselves. After that, the ensemble presented themselves with some highlights like the acrobatics Sixpack on the pole.
