Sixth Day Circular Quay

This morning and all night it has been raining. In the morning I wrote down everything I still want to see in Sydney. 18 points are written down without Blue Mountain and Hunter Valley (wine region).

So I still have a lot to do. Today I walked to the city center to Circular Quay. I will never do that again. Almost only along the main road and only uphill and downhill. I have the feeling that when Sydney was built, a hill was built up for each new settlement. It is frustrating when you go down the street and immediately know that you have to go up again. Somehow you are never on top. I could still understand that on the coast with the rocks and all, but now in the city? In addition, there were masses of people in the Botanical Garden, Opera House and so on. Madness!

And what has also happened, it has cooled down to 18 degrees. I only have a sweater and a denim jacket. Tomorrow won't be any better. When you imagine that it was still 35 degrees yesterday afternoon...

I imagined Christmas differently here. In general, I need sunshine. Have a nice Christmas Day.
