How to make a Bentobox

Just in time for the start, the taxi driver dropped us off.

Since he didn't know the address of the small restaurant (and the address didn't appear in his navigation system either), he navigated according to Ronja's commands (who had found the address in Google Maps) through the city. Somehow it worked 😉

After a short greeting, we started. It was just the three of us, Ronja, I, the cook, and me.

(I don't know how to spell I's name correctly, but it was pronounced 'I')

First, the omelette roll is prepared in a square pan using chopsticks. The half egg is spread in the pan, briefly fried, then rolled with the chopsticks, then the remaining egg is added, and rolled again. Sounds complicated, and it is 😉

We continued with similar complicated steps, until the (more or less) perfect Bentobox was completely filled and ready to eat.

Oh, and for anyone who still believes sushi is healthy, they should try making a sushi roll themselves.

There's almost as much sugar in it as in a proper piece of marble cake 😉
