We made it and checked into the hotel.

Yayyy….

After the delayed landing, passport control, and a 60-minute taxi ride, we finally arrived at the hotel room at 7:15 PM local time.

No wonder we're all tired, it's already 1:15 AM at home….

But we're holding on and fighting the jet lag. Resting a bit and taking a nap at the hotel, and then we're heading out into the city.

And here's an update about last night.

We fought against jet lag and went out to Times Square (loud and crowded) and the Empire State Building (incredibly beautiful view).

Took a yellow taxi back to the hotel. We were in bed by 10:30 PM local time. Unbelievable!! It was half past five in the morning for you at that time :-))
