To Fteri Beach

Today we traveled along the eastern coast of the Paliki Peninsula up to Fteri Beach.

During a stop in the sleepy Lixouri (the second largest city in Kefalonia), we enjoyed the best ice cream we've had in a long time.

We reach Fteri Beach after a short hike. This is surely the most impressive beach we've seen on this trip so far. The color of the water is almost unbelievable.

Since Franzi lost her contact lenses, we have to return to Argostoli again, and we spend the night at the eastern end of the De Bosset Bridge.
